Returns, Refunds and Cancellation Policy

Roop Mahal Rice will exchange/refund any faulty items or incorrect items sent completely free of cost. Once your returns request is accepted, you can choose to ask for a refund or an exchange. The damaged/incorrect product will be picked up from the delivery address by our courier partner within 3-5 working days of the acceptance of the returns request.

The refund/exchange process will be completed within 10 days of us receiving the defective/incorrect product in our warehouse.

REFUND POLICY 

REFUNDS WILL ONLY BE DONE IN THE FOLLOWING CASES:

• If an order is canceled before delivery

* Package lost in transit

* Product damaged in transit

* In case Roop Mahal Rice sent the wrong item by mistake

A refund will be initiated once the returned product reaches our warehouse and is verified as a genuine return.

RETURN & CANCELLATION POLICY 

If you wish to cancel an order, please do so before the delivery of the order. Once the delivery has been made, the order will be considered complete.
