Tadke Waali Pyaz Chutney Recipe
Other Name – Fried Onion Chilly Chutney
I got to know this amazing recipe during my visit to Sangrur (a small town in Punjab State of India). I was providing consultation services to Mr. Sukhminder Singh so as to open an Indian sweets outlet, cafe and a traditional dhaba there. One day, we were having lunch in his office and there.
I had tried these chutneys for the first time. I asked him about the recipe and how they started making these chutneys. He then replied, chutneys are from their home and prepared by his wife. Then I planned a visit to their home and learnt the process. Thanks to him for taking me to their house and special thanks to his wife for making this recipe step by step.
