Tadke Waali Pudina Chutney Recipe
Other Name – Fried Mint Coriander Chutney
Ingredients For Tadke Waali Pudina Chutney :
Green Onion Bulbs – 1 cup / 125 gms
Mint Leaves – half cup/10 gms
Coriander – half cup/10 gms
Green chili – 2 chilies
Ghee – 3 table spoons
Salt – half tea spoon / to taste
Water for Grinding – 3 table spoons
Pre – Preparation of Chutney :
Wash mint & coriander leaves by removing thick and hard stems. Remove greens, separate the white onion bulbs and slice them. Remove stem and wash the chilies.
Preparation method of Chutney :
- Put mint, coriander, onions and chilies in a blender’s jar.
- Add 3 table spoons of water to help in grinding.
- Roughly grind the mixture. (Do not make smooth paste)
- Heat the ghee in a pan.
- Add the blended mixture and cook for around 8-10 minutes.
- Add salt and turn off the flame.
- Transfer the chutney into a bowl and let it cool.
- Chutney is ready to be served now.
